Tamarkuz is bred on the proven Speightstown line with inbreeding of Mr Prospector on the maternal sire side and Northern Dancer on the maternal dam side. This is commonly seen in most of Speightstown’s million dollar earners, Charlatan, Olympiad and more. Speightstown has produced sons at stud such as  Munnings, Lexitonian, Speightster and others. Tamarkuz, like his sire has seen great success with Medaglia D’Oro mares and other broodmare sire lines that go back to Northern Dancer.
